About me

I’m Franziska, though hardly anybody calls me by that name. For English-speakers I’m usually Fran as they just don’t seem to be able to pronounce my full name, otherwise I’m known as Franzie.

I’m a German girl who met the man of her dreams while travelling and working in London. We’ve since gotten married, moved to the beautiful Blue Mountains in Australia and had two wonderful daughters and a son. We then packed up and moved our family of five to Germany, where all our children are waiting to experience or have already experienced the spectacular German way of starting school … with “Zuckertüte” and all.
